We are now accepting applications from students who will be transferring to the University of Arizona in Fall 2003/Spring 2004. Please see sidebar to the left for application information.

The Futurebound program is targeted for women, with a special focus on traditionally underrepresented women. It does not exclude any eligible participant based on ethnic background. The criteria for selection into the program and continuous support are as follows:

1. Applicants must submit a statement indicating that they will seriously consider working toward transferring to the UA to pursue a B.S. in AST, BIO, CHM, ENG, CS or PHY MAT

2. Successful applicants must maintain a B average or better at PCC to receive stipend support and placement in research laboratory positions.

3. Successful applicants must attend seminars, meet with mentors and recommended tutors, take suggested courses as assessment indicates and follow prescribed curriculum to meet career and degree goals.
