| Global webmaster survey
Once an agency's site is identified,
and evaluated, the webmaster for that site will be contacted and asked
to take a short online survey. The questions provide important additional
information for the database.
Questions include:
when was the site opened,
for what purpose,
to what extent are organization members
are produce content for the site,
to what extent does the site allow external
access into the organization.
Responses will be documented
in the database. This work is constrained, as most surveys are, by the
friendliness of the webmaster. In addition, a thorough exploration
of the website itself will reveal what content the agency is putting on
the web, the level of interactivity, and other points of contact within
the agency.
