Probably the most useful, best constructed Trauma page on the internet.
NeuroGuide: "A searchable and browsable index of neuroscience resources available on the Internet: Neurobiology, neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, psychology, cognitive science sites and information on human neurological diseases." 
Neuropsychology Central: Nice site, could become something soon.
Entrez PubMed: search more than 10 million citations in MEDLINE, better interface than the others. 
Sabio: University of Arizona's popular library catalog.
ALOE: The Univesity of Arizona Medical Center's library homepage.
AHSC E-Journals: A list of journals available to individuals affliated with the University of Arizona, sure beats going to the library.

American Psychological Association: The requisite APA link.
Phobia List: A nearly exhaustive list of known phobias, some of which are even funny.
The National Centre For War-Related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: This sites contains handouts, links, videos (although you'd have to pay for those) and basically lots of info on PTSD, particularly for veterans.
Trauma Response: Creator of the bilateral stimulation program, "to practice visual and auditive bilateral stimulation and self administrating via your own PC." Only trained clinicians may have access to it though.
