Part of Business Affairs, we are caretakers for the University's Human Resources Information System and, in that capacity, we are primarily responsible for creating and maintaining the system data used to:

• Produce employee paychecks and W-2 forms
• Capture employee history on-line
• Feed encumbrance/expenditure data to the Financial Records and Sponsored Projects information systems
• Generate the University's operating budget document
